I have just resubmitted my Ph.D. thesis in its final hard-bound version. When I had my viva (see Viva! Viva) back in February I was awarded a pass with minor corrections. The corrections amounted to the modification of a few graphs, fixing of typos, rephrasing of a few sentences to make things clear and general reformatting. Not much really. I finally got round to making the changes to my thesis and I formally resubmitted the thesis last Monday (9th May). I have also registered my thesis on-line with
I have also updated the version linked from my website. Now everybody can read what I have been up to for the last 4.5 years and be confident that reputable researchers have given it their seal of approval.
Now all I need to do is channel some of the ideas stemming from my thesis into research proposals for my future career. Too many ideas, too little research funding/job offers J
